TempControl has been proudly serving home and business owners throughout Harnett, Richmond, Montgomery, and Hoke counties since 2007. Founded by Matt Bialer, a licensed electrician and mechanical contractor, our company was built on a simple but powerful idea: provide exceptional HVAC services with honest pricing and dependable workmanship. Matt had already earned a strong reputation before launching TempControl, and from the beginning, he and his wife, Sharon, were committed to growing their business by putting customers first.
What started as a small operation with just one vehicle and a 300-square-foot office has grown into a thriving company. Today, TempControl operates a fleet of 7 service vehicles, employs a team of skilled professionals, and works from a 3,000-square-foot office and workshop located in the heart of the Seven Lakes Business Village. This growth is a direct result of our company’s commitment to quality service, honest communication, and lasting customer relationships.
