The Thursday night before the Labor Day weekend at 10:30 pm, I discovered my air was not working.  I called the company the next morning and the repairperson said in checking it would be Tuesday before they could get the replacement part.  At 2 pm I received a call saying they had located a part and by 3:30 my air was working again.  This company was concerned about my bring without air conditioning over a long weekend that was forecasted to be hot and humid.
