T emp Control was founded in 2007 by Matt Bialer, a licensed electrician and mechanical contractor, who had already established a name for himself in Moore County by offering exceptional service. Starting out small, with only one vehicle and a 300 square foot office space, Bialer and his wife, Sharon, were committed to growing their business by providing honest pricing for quality services.

10 years later, Temp Control’s success is a testament to their good business practices with a fleet of 7 service vehicles, 14 employees, and the purchase and renovation of a 3,000 square foot office building and workshop, located in the heart of the Seven Lakes Business Village.

Matt is assisted in the field by a dedicated staff who can offer you over eighty years of combined experience in the HVAC (Heating Air) industry. Active in the community, the Bialer’s are the proud parents of three school-aged sons and can often be found on the gridiron or sidelines most weekends, cheering on their local sports teams. Matt has coached inline youth hockey and was an Assistant Coach for the Sandhills Patriots youth football team. In addition, Temp Control sponsors a dodge ball team, a men’s flag football team, and participate in a local kickball league. Sharon has served on the West End Elementary PTA Board and is an active volunteer for Moore County Schools. Temp Control is a proud member of the Seven Lakes Business Guild.
